Common questions
Do I need good credit?
No. Rent-to-own does not require a credit check. We need a valid ID, proof of address, and the first payment.
What size buildings qualify?
Most buildings on the lot and in the 3D builder qualify. Very large cabins and garages may be split between RTO and other financing. Ask us.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. Pay it off any time and the remaining rental charges are reduced or waived depending on the plan. There is never an early payoff penalty.
Is delivery included?
Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of our lot. Beyond that we charge a per-mile fee that we quote up front.
